Mechanical Watch Servicing
Specialist care is recommended to continue performing as intended. Our servicing includes assessment, dismantling, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, reassembly and testing depending on the watch and its requirements.
Battery Replacement & Pressure Testing
More than simply changing a battery. Where appropriate, we can assess seals and water resistance and pressure test your watch, helping ensure it is ready to return to everyday wear.
Watch Fitting
A watch should feel as good on your wrist as it looks. We can assist with bracelet, band and strap adjustments, changes, fitting and general clasp requirements. We stock a range of styles available.
Vintage Watch Restoration
Vintage watches require a different mindset. Rather than automatically replacing or refinishing components, we consider originality, age, condition and character before recommending work. Our team can assess vintage timepieces and provide practical advice on servicing, repair and restoration options with the aim of preserving as much of the watch's integrity as possible.
Timing & Accuracy Regulation
Even a well-maintained mechanical watch may require adjustment from time to time. We can assess its performance and, where appropriate, regulate the movement to improve accuracy. Regular servicing helps protect the movement and provides an opportunity to identify wear before smaller issues become more significant repairs.

Our Watch Service Process

Initial Assessment
Tell us about the watch and why you've brought it in. Where work is required, we'll explain what is recommended before significant repairs proceed.
02.
Service or Repair
Approved work is undertaken with consideration for the movement, case and individual characteristics of the watch. Depending on the service performed, testing can include movement performance, regulation or pressure testing.
03.
Collection
Once completed, your watch is ready to return to your wrist or collection.
